Heart To Serve Home Care is urgently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a night position in Carmel, Indiana. We are seeking a dependable, professional caregiver who is comfortable working overnight and providing attentive, safety-focused care.
Position Overview
This overnight CNA role focuses on client safety, comfort, and reassurance during nighttime hours, with readiness to assist as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Overnight monitoring and safety supervision
- Assistance with toileting and mobility as needed
- Repositioning for comfort and skin integrity
- Light personal care support
- Responding promptly to client needs overnight
- Observing and reporting any changes in condition
- Maintaining a calm, respectful nighttime environment
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Active Indiana CNA license

Current CPR certification

Negative TB screen (skin test or chest X-ray)

Completed background check or ability to complete immediately
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, alert, and professional overnight presence
